First contact got a fairly quick response, Nice. Price wasn't bad. Set up was easy, red flag 1- Baxter exit, Beumont. Ok not a great area but I've been to worse. Red flag 2- older black man sitting on the stoop when she walks out to meet me. Red flag 3- skin and bones.
