There were more than a few red flags on this one that could have made it easy to avoid. Here's a few that tip me off right away:

1. If you're on Chrome, right-click the picture and do an image search. This one shows a bunch of posts all over the state. That on its own isn't a deal breaker, but many ads in many different towns is suspicious.

2. Location is "Down town". I see it as a major warning flag if a location is this vague. Think of how someone from here would actually talk.
