I say this a lot but you need to communicate what you what before the massage. If I see the girl and I want FS, I pull out $$ and tell her what I want. If she says no, then OK, just a massage. Sometimes with and sometimes without HE. The HE usually goes $6-8 depending how good it was, I usually go with 8.

South King place that's between Issan and SF with clandestine entrance from parking lot (not visible to King St traffic), #207 very small rooms with table, walls are thin and not well sound insulated, clean shower and facility, Lisa cute, weak massage, short on time, decent HE skill, tries to upsell from standard tip to $100 to allow Roaming.
