Sigh. They changed owners about two weeks ago. Previous owners / providers was where I was able to consistently get a BBBJ. New owners / providers? DIY. Yeah, not even a HE. Yet they act like something awesome is going to happen (I. E. You pull towel off they leave it off, and OTC touching allowed).

What a total bummer. At least I only paid $40 for HH massage and left $20 tip, because I got nothing.

Hopefully the owner reads this and realizes that if they are going to allow OTC touching and no towels, they are ALREADY BREAKING THE RULES and therefore it makes no sense to make it a DIY adventure.

This seems to be a common weird theme. I know the rules around getting a massage and the licensing. If you are a legit massage provider, you drape your clients well, you NEVER touch anywhere inappropriately, and if the customer tries to touch you, the massage is OVER and you ask them to leave immediately. Real massage therapists use bolsters for your knees when on your back and at your ankles when on your front. They won't stop halfway through a massage to answer the phone or pop out to tell a customer to hang on. So, the massage at Oasis was not legit. If a WA state health inspector showed up, they would be shut down. So, what is the point in running a massage parlor that's not legit and not at least a jack shack? It's just going to get reviews like this and change ownership soon again.
