Posts: 105Correct; checking and saving accounts don't show up on credit reports; I meant to say "secret" checking and saving accounts are very searchable as well as pulling a credits report. Ect. Yep it's best to remember that "cash is king". And also remember to flip the bird and smile to the surveillance cameras when you check-in to the hotel for your date; that always goes over well in court if you get busted; might even make the Judge laugh.

Yes, same here. I got flagged and locked out for a day, the reason was they said I sent too many emails too soon LOL and they "thought I was spam" I emailed the admin and he removed it asap.
I also copy and paste but try to tweak the opening sentence but I got lazy that time. I sent out mass fishing nets as well.
Stay safe.

To keep it simple, because it's not rocket science: bank accounts (savings and checking) do not show up on a credit report. They don't. A secret credit card will for sure.

Probably the safest way to do it if his wife doesn't check receipts and shit.On another note: a good divorce attorney along with hiring a forensic accountant, may hire a private investigator and get a court order to subpoena phone and internet records and activity from providers. Which will open up another whole can worms..

Posts: 105It's really not rocket science; not to get into a long thesis and or a Dissertation on cause and effect of hobby finances: But to keep it simple, any and all personal and business financial accounts (checking, "secret Checking", any type of personal and business loans, credit card. Ect) that have your SSN and (or) EIN attached to those accounts will show up on a personal and business credit report. Something to think about when you go with your SO to refinance or to get a mortgage to purchase a home. Not to mention the bank underwriter will want all personal and business financial information.

Posts: 3354I believe what you did would qualify as spamming, and that is why you got flagged. That's the commercial part. That the messages were all the same. I have a core of my opening message I always use, because face it, facts are facts. However, I always put in something else, reacting to the girls profile, telling a joke, whatever. That makes the messages different, and even though I am sure how I use the site would be regarded as carpet bombing, I haven't ever had a problem like this. Except the one time I learned my lesson. I had just started a new profile, likely my 2nd, and my opening messages were all identical.

Posts: 3427Exactly right about the divorce proceedings. Even if you had a secret account and used nothing but cash, you'll still have difficulty explaining where the $50 K (in my case) per year went if you get a forensic accountant review initiated by a divorce lawyer. When the judge asks, and you say "gambling," you won't be able to prove that you ever used the cash for that, and they won't believe you. It's a bust at that point.

Posts: 468Seeking Account Flagged for "Commercial Activity"
Few days ago my seeking account was flagged for engaging in "commercial activity". I had to read the terms of service and sign it, then they reinstated my account. Not sure why they flagged my account and what constitutes a "commercial activity". This happened few days after I let my subscription expire, and I sent lots of messages (may be in the range of 20 to 30) in last couple of days with the same message copied and pasted. Not sure that was the reason. Other than that I am pretty careful about my messaging. Even the last messages I sent, I didn't include my phone number or anything. And my profile is pretty basic and can't think of anything that would be interpreted as commercial activity. I have been a member of seeking for more than 3 years and usually maintain the subscription almost all the time (may be few weeks of lapse). This is a first time I got a warning like that. Just curious if anyone had the same experience.
Play Safe.

Posts: 3354Except cash. That's why a lot of government types want to get rid of it, crypto being one way. It's king for me. I almost uniformly operate in the bowl w / cash, I have some tricks generating it when I have a SO, but once I do, I am fairly insulated from exposure, to the SB or to the SO.

When you check out, if you pay in cash, the charge does not even show up on your CC statement. I wouldn't do this with a CC that my SO ever sees the statement for, just in case my experience breaks down, but with a business CC, I think it is safe enough. I much prefer having my SB to get the room, and give her cash for the charge. I also advise her to pay in cash upon checkout. So, who knows who was in the room? The hotel of course, but unless there is a link to some kind of crime, I don't think they have any motivation or case to release that fact.

Nothing is untraceable these days. Even going to Walgreens or Walmart and putting cash into an account has you on security camera with a time stamp that could be linked to a transaction time stamp if the cops are looking for suspects in the latest episode of "who offed the CoEd Sugar Baby".

I use a bank account for my business that was supposed to be closed years ago, and my SO doesn't see any of my business transactions, but I avoid using my primary account in case she ever asks or to avoid explaining stuff to my accountant. I put money into my back up business checking account and link all my apps through there. Yes, I'm dead if a divorce lawyer pulls a financial proctological exam, but by that point, I will be been dead to rights for cheating any way, how much I spent on sugar would be an asterisk in the proceedings.

Posts: 880That's was what I was unsure about
I was nervous about verifying my identity to cAshApp because I didn't know if doing so would override my nom de sucre that the recipient sees.
