I am fairly new to these agencies, but I do agree you should not assume and seemingly encourage the extra $ if that was not expressed. Some of the agencies in OC do offer BB for +40 or +60. But then there are some that are getting out of control with upcharges for everything. For example one place raised their hr to $$80, +40 for 2nd pop, $ for BB for a total of $$20! I hate to see that happen here.

I don't know if it's YMMV, but when I saw Pepper I was pleasantly surprised when she quoted me only +40 for BB.
