So, how do you think history will remember Donald Trump's presidency? For starters, the Trump years were a wall of lies and Mexico paid for it. LOL Trump oversaw a disastrous response to a global pandemic, because of which more than 400,000 Americans died on his watch. That's it. That's his legacy. And if he gets a second line in the history books it will be this: He incited an insurrection on the USA Capitol which led to a second impeachment.

Anyone who says Trump will be remembered for the economic expansion of the first three years of his term is a fool. History has nothing to say about the economic performance during Clinton's eight years. The Reagan economic boom is only a footnote to his tenure. Barack Obama gets almost no recognition for the economy of his final seven years.

Clinton did nothing for economic growth, he was lucky enough to be elected when the internet became mainstream and exploded, a rock could have been placed in the oval office and would have done at least as well as Clinton did. If anything his policies slowed down the potential of the internet explosion.

Your hatred, along with some of the others on this thread, means that you stopped being rational and objective a long time ago. You blindly accepted what the media (CNN) told you about the man and, because they fed your hatred, you stopped thinking for yourself. For example: Biden hasn't called anyone names? The ensuing cost of American lives has made it necessary to either develop one or get out. I feel bad for the Afghan people who will bear the brunt of this decision.

I thought we learned this lesson in Operation Desert Storm. We went with a clear idea of the mission and a knowledge of what it would take to accomplish it. As a result, I was able to bring my squadron home with no loss of life or equipment. Commanders serving in Afghanistan unfortunately cannot say the same.

There are now as many daily reported cases worldwide as were at last winter's peak. US fixing to get slammed. The states in the US where cases are rising the fastest are the states with highest percentage of vaccinated citizens. Listen to your dear leaders and get your DNA altering vaccinations and wear you're masks. No. Really. They're here to help.

You really have no idea of how this all works, do you?

A person who has been vaccinated has a very low chance of catching the disease. BUT, and this is the important part so try to follow along, not catching the disease is not the same as not spreading the disease. Those who choose to stop wearing masks because they have been vaccinated are still inaling and exhaling COVID particles which other non-vaccinated non-masked idiots are inhaling. They are catching the disease and because they are non-maskers are helping it to survive and be passed on to others.

The key to ending this thing is for everyone, vaccinated or not, to continue to wear a mask until two things happen. Firstly that a majority of people become fully vaccinated. I personally would like to see that number above 80% but thoughts vary. Secondly that we continue to prevent the disease from replicating long enough for it to become unable to sustain itself. That will require masks and social distancing for a few months (maybe 3 or 4?) after the necessary level of a vaccinated population is achieved.

My main concern is that we as a personal freedom loving society are not going to allow this to happen, as we continue to non-vaccinate, not wear masks, not social distance, etc. In the short term.

Hell, lets all go to Florida and party and keep this thing going for another ten years! We're Americans! Its our right!
