I can confirm that, while BB is not my thing, it can happen organically from time to time depending on the provider. Going down the road of our friends up north in OC and LA is not the way to go.

I concur. BB at the SD agencies for me have happened organically as well, without the upsell. Not specifically looking for it but I do enjoy it when it just happens. Really hate to see the upsell happen here as it is already taking place up in LA and OC. Not sure what can be done as the kgirl agencies are associated with the ones in LA and OC. Nice review but I notice a bit of change in your session. I've been a reg with them since the Library days and wonder why you put down that extra benji? Are we now trying to encourage +100 which is common in the OC and WLA? The website does mention "open to BB" but please. SDAG has been able to avoid that upsell rate! Unless the booker expressly stipulates "+100", at least take the time to negotiate a 50 or even 60 increase. Several agencies in the OC do allow the +60 and they are very transparent in "options" and rates.
