I saw Penny at least 100 times in the 90's and early 2000's (maybe even late 80's). I first saw her before the infamous tattoo, she was definitely hall of fame material in her prime. Woodstock got busted in 2007 and I was surprise her mug shot said she was 47. She was still very hot into her 40's. When I heard Gigi was Penny, I had to go up there.
