Welcome to the forum. Never pay 160 for a basic HE again. 160 (house 60+tip 100) is the going rate for them to get fully nude, you missed out.

Basic HJ? 60 house+40 tip, up to 60 tip if they're above and beyond / allow touching, etc.

Butt touches with are typical for a HE place. Return the favor by touching their thigh / ass if they stand near your hands. Generally puts them at ease you're not LE.
