Looks way too good to be true to me, and the 978 area code would make me move on, but if you find out this girl is actually real, I'm definitely in.

Flags to me: Too young. Too cute. Too much offered in the ad (BB actually mentioned in the ad). Out of area area code. Advertising as selling her pics.
