Yea it's pretty dead in OC overall but you can still find girls out there it's just going to take a while. The area you're looking is the wrong area. Harbor around that area used to be very active but it's completely dead now the girls moved over to Beach blvd and even Beach is pretty dead compared to what it used to be but you can definitely still find girls there it just takes a while. Friday and Saturday nights are best. From Beach and Ball to Beach and Orange you will still catch a few girls walking on either side. From Beach and Cerritos to Beach and Pacific you'll sometimes find girls at night too. There's more specific spots throughout that area where your more likely to find them they tend to congregate in certain spots. Message me and I'll go into detail I've got lots of advice for beginners and can answer any questions you've got. Oh and as far as picking a spot to do the date in general you want a spot where your car blends in (better around other cars) and there aren't any cameras.

OC is fairly dead lately with the exception of the occasional SW by Beach & Ball. A lot of girls used to work Harbor & Hazard. Have not seen much news since the area died. Your best bet is cruising Figueroa in LA.
