Posts: 2198I was a bit surprised that the vice was only issuing tickets Summer Stephen announced about a year ago that people arrested prostitution related violations had were required to taken to jail. My guess that is that police has changed their policy due to Covid. I have heard in the past that judges were quite hard on prostitutes. This one SW that I knew told me that when she was arrested the judge sentenced her to 2 weeks in jail. The odd thing was that this was the first time she had been arrested for prostitution.

Posts: 215The $$$don't match the pictures
Looked at the pictures and then the prices stated. Ladies looking that good don't charge $140.

Posts: 11Sorry to hear what happened to the guys. I remember once about a year ago, there were 2 girls on alligator and when I called one of them, someone threatened to send all of my info to 5-0. Another big red flag for me is when someone asks, "Well what do you want?" I always respond by saying, "well my back has been very stiff lately, do you think you could help me?" If they push beyond that, I block them.

Try calling the cops or the hotel management and tell them that prostitution is going. LOL. Have cops go against cops. I've also read that the burden of proof is on the arrested party. So either show proof that the police heavily lured you into the trap and kept asking you to come is illegal entrapment. I'm no lawyer but can anyone confirm or deny this info?

Okay, these are scary stings. In order to arrest and then convict, the police need to prove two things: One, that some agreement was made for the exchange of money for sex. And two, that the perpetrator made an effort to "move things along," called an "act in furtherance. "
From what you guys say, it sounds like the police are making the agreement by phone or text (which alone is useless) and then luring the perpetrator to a hotel (which becomes the "act in furtherance"). The perpetrator shows up and both conditions are now satisfied. The arrest is made.
This is far more risky for a hobbyist vis-a-vis police having to do the agreement in person! When you agree by phone, text, or whatever other form of communication, you are already half-baked in advance. All you have to do now is show, and you are done! Really screwed up crap. Moral of the story: Do not discuss sex and money with anyone, ever! However, if you must, make 100 percent sure the person is not the police first!

Posts: 204It just seems like entrapment, which I thought was illegal and get the case dismissed. I've only been 86 d from a hotel as it was after the act and the hotel probably either got complaints from other rooms or saw footage of frequent visitors. I usually enjoy my escapades in countries where it is legal and my dollar gets more bang for its buck.

Posts: 707The reality is the sting operations go on pretty frequently.
Two or three months ago there were several publicized stings in North County area so this is just the latest in a series of operations.
Each time they get dozens of men caught up in the stings so remember that until you get the politicians to decriminalize prostitution and solicitation this kind of waste of taxpayers money is going to go on and on.
I don't think any of the individuals ticketed are going give up on sex So the government isn't really doing anything useful but stopping people from trying to have sex.
Sex is a basic human right that the government should not be controlling but these barbaric laws or an attempt.

Posts: 1001Alg8 tr and HX and others
I don't like HX because it's take awhile to be ranked, and it you piss off one provider, game's over, even if that provider is gone, the negative stigma is still there. That's the reason I see some providers have a a red label, this user used to have a different account.

PD is shit as well, not too detailed like gentlemen don't say shit.
Anyways enough of my ranting, Maddie Mouse finally got on T3 r and I disagree because she's had reviews on here before. Plus the fool paid how much?
I think "we" are to blame for giving them the GPS.

Posts: 3075Excellent advice about only contacting or scheduling with providers you personally know. And, the other is only with providers that are well reviewed. I hate the alligator site and have never used it. I think every site has potential risks, but at least with HX there's the network, where you can see the histories on those listed on the provider's networks and know they were at least seen by real mongers who we can reach out to for feedback.

I stay away from any ads on esaligator in north county. Suggest you do too unless you know the provider personally.
