I'd guess they are both in the mid 30's range. Not a knock on either of them, I find them both quite attractive. I only mention this as you said she may be "a little too young" for you. Uh. Not sure where to begin. This has to be one of the weirder encounter I've had.

The bad:

First of all, I've been trying to reach her for the last couple weeks, (see previous posts), finally got through to her and I kinda know why she's so hard to reach.

The location has a really weird entrance from a main road (Fiske Blvd.) in Rockledge. The house is a total shit hole. The area is pretty shady, she has a female "roommate" that looks like Michonne / the sword girl from Walking Dead who likes to death stare. Weird right?

The good:
