You're probably talking about Lilly Spa, they advertise Latinas in Rowell. You can also search "Latina" or "Roswell" on RR for other options.

Don't know about actual massage parlors, but there are Latinas spas, especially downtown. But be prepared to pay some major cash. If you look in the Latina Apartments sections below on the main page, you'll see some places. Also go to rubratings Atlanta and type Latina in the search bar, that'll be a huge help, as well as seeing Latina independents.
