Amber is usually near Royal Farms and DD on Washington. As far as the dead streets, there are a couple of factors affecting the supply. I took her back to my office and punished her little twat. She asked if I could pay for the motel room instead of the money, I declined that. I gave her $30 and let her have a pack of cookies.

With the break in the weather, there should be plenty of strollers around in the loops. Was checking them out yesterday around 10 and saw almost nothing. Wilkens I saw 2 both sitting on some steps looking like they were semi-conscious, leaning to the side and head down. Wash. Blvd, 1 near the DD, circled back and some guy was walking up to her and they disappeared behind a house. On to Patapsco and Fairhaven, nothing. Brooklyn 6th to 3rd on Washburn, Pontiac and Jeffrey saw nothing. Time frame was from 945 to 1030, hopefully this will change, as it used to be good during this time frame.

Have you been there in the early mornings like 7:00 to 9:30. I have seen them out around that time but it is a rare occasion when I am awake before the sun has peaked, but it has happened.
