Don't know about actual massage parlors, but there are Latinas spas, especially downtown. But be prepared to pay some major cash. If you look in the Latina Apartments sections below on the main page, you'll see some places. Also go to rubratings Atlanta and type Latina in the search bar, that'll be a huge help, as well as seeing Latina independents.

L2 is BJ, L3 if FS.

Right before Mars Hill Rd "Asian Massage" https://atlanta.rubratings.com/177639 resides on the right. L1 is available.

Across Hwy 41 at Mars Hill is "China Massage" https://www.rubmaps.ch/erotic-massag...worth-ga-13551. The last Camp on the list where L1, L2, and topless FIV has been experienced although quite a while back.

Levels Explained: L0 = DYI at best, L1 = HJ, L2 = CBJ minimum, L3 = CFS or better.

Assuming she is actually offering such services she will be closed up quick. Suwannee is strict when it comes to enforcement, with all the publicity for this place it won't be long before they get shut down. I'd hate to be laying naked on a massage table during a bust LOL.
