I think you answered your own question if she's genuine or not. "Her" asking for a "deposit" is enough to say that she (or her ad placer) is a scammer. Don't do it!

About the only thing in Leesburg is going to be Leesburg Massage by Steak and Shake. Older Korean ladies for $$ for decent massage and can be decent FS depending who is there. The best options I know of are in Maitland / Apopka / Altamonte then. Or even further from the East side near Universal.
