Some of the CS outfits in Fairfax County now work out of apartments rather than motel rooms, so it's not surprising they're doing the same in Woodbridge as well. I tried to check out one such place in Annandale a couple of years back, but they gave me bad directions and I visited another provider elsewhere after I got too many strange looks from residents.

I have seen Tara before, easy to schedule a appointment. She does haircut too. She is a very good hairstylist. Easy to schedule a appointment, texted her and she responded quick. Her English is poor, but not awful.
