The verdict on officer Derek Chauvin case (when done) will change the way officers all over the country react. Already NY is the first state to have no immunity for officers that go beyond their conduct especially when there on video with a handcuffed person and are taught to say very loudly "he's going for my gun" when it appears the individual has no arms at all.
