I can confirm things are downhill in many cities. I've been traveling up and down the East Coast for work lately and generally speaking, the game is pretty bad at the lower to mid end, even cities like ATL and NYC aren't what they used to be.

High end providers are the only constant. Even mid-range providers are now charging close to high end prices but still delivering mid range service. I see what you're saying, but I'm not sure that, in and of itself, would constitute hanging oneself.

So far as I can remember, I've only bought a package of condoms for a provider once. That was for someone who'd been around and reviewed.
