If your DNA is in "the system" (CODIS) then yeah, you might get dragged in. That's Fed level. If you have no priors which required DNA testing, then no, they are not going to magically find you. They don't have mystical powers to find out you did a 21 and me give years ago and whatever. The two times we got stuff like that was literally serial killers, and if you're worried about that, you got other problems than the hooker with the jar.
