I've contacted some girls out of curiosity and was given a 200 upcharge in once instance for example. I later contacted her again once I was prepared for that price. Just a week later it went up to 700. Bare seems to be a very sought after service in recent years so a new provider (which is mostly what I see) may realize with demand to increase it by a lot. In my opinion as someone stated, and I fully agree, 200 is the absolute most I would do for bare upcharging . That up charge alone is what some very attractive girls charge in total for bare half hour. In my experiences tho if a provider doesn't normally do bare and is making an exception, it's usually not worth it if the upcharge is very high. Keep in mind you are asking someone to do something they normally don't. That means the service you get may change as the providers comfort level changes. The BBBJ may not be as good as a regular BJ from the same provider as she would normally feel more comfortable using a rubber. Sure it's bare so it may feel better but she may use her tounge less for instance.

Also make sure you're on the same page. For me personally it's a waste if I'm paying a large up charge for bare and CIP isn't allowed. Some will charge an additional upcharge for cip on top of BBFS.

The few providers that I know who offer both CFS and BBFS charge 100 to 200 $ extra. I would counter that girl with 500 to 600 tops if you normally pay her 400 and she will likely accept the offer.
