A lot of the reviews on Melody are spot on, she's great. Very good looking, but reviews probably exaggerate a bit.

It honestly varies, some do P411, others do RS-AVS, however most still go more old school and want identification or provider references with some kind of proof of employment so they don't become part of some type of sting or whatever.
