IMHO, Moon Lake in Sun City should be what you are looking for. I see Wendy regularly when I just need something reliable and easy. Not sure about the west valley. But I checked out The Biltmore Clinic on 24th Street north of Thomas Road. I read about the place on here. I saw tall Maria. She is okay but definitely a pretty good overall massage; hits the right spots. Afterwards I didn't think anything was going to happened. She asked me to turn over and I believe I said is that it; she came back with a response I knew a HJ was good. It was good enough. The Biltmore Clinic.
