NDS stands for "New Day Spa". It is on Sand Lake Road, across the street from the Florida Mall and next to a furniture store.

As much as I love MC / Milk, King and NDS, I was getting a bit tired of the same somewhat mechanical routine. Lately there have been a lot of interesting posts about UMassage so I thought I would try it out since I never had before. As I walked in I drew Lisa. I too live an hour away but I make that drive every Saturday morning. Haven't missed a week in forever. Since they reopened after everything shut down. Plus drive 30 minutes on Wednesday to Apopka or Maitland for either a Qv or hh with an independent. Next month has 5 weeks LOL. Oh the money I would save if Jr didn't do my thinking for me.
