Yea she plays games. A few weeks ago I texted her and we set the time and place. It was a hotel downtown. She instructed me where to park and told me to call when I arrived. I parked where she told me to park and called just like she said. I called and it rang and rang and rang then voicemail. I texted her and said I was calling. She says she has no calls from me and refuses to see me. I'm telling her via text that I'm here and maybe her phone is messed up, but it was all just a game for her. I even called from a different number and same results.
