Granted some were duplicates, texting more than once trying to get a response, but I'm guessing it was at least 80 or 90 unique messages. By the time we were done with our playtime the number was up over 200, by morning it was 300 with half of them being unique.

I think we sometimes make a mistake here of thinking all Milwaukee Mongers are on this bored or we underestimate just how many mongers are out there. These providers are first come first serve. If you're in the middle of an exchange and someone else says I'll be there in 30 minutes, bam, your conversation is done. And when she's ready to set the next one up there's 20 or 30 new texts. She's not thinking "hmmmmm, now where's that guy I was talking to earlier?" Not to mention she was likely in the midst of several other conversations at the same time. So, no, there's no money tree blooming in her yard, but there is way more demand than supply out there.
