I want to further share that I appreciate the thoughts on this board, which is why I came only here to rant. I say this because I looked on Twitter last night and 99% of a few hundred comments on this case were calling the guy a lying criminal genius who made up the sex addiction angle to avoid a hate crime charge. The guy killed 8 people and is going to fry or serve for multiple life sentences, I don't think the sex addiction story is going to save him much or makes him a genius. While some people on here are clearly in the "coverup" camp, I'm glad to see others realize that sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Anyway, I agree that this is going to be a hit for the mongering community for a while. I would imagine the KAMPs will be hurt more than the CAMPs. Sorry about that guys. I'm a Libertarian, so I'd like to see it all become legal, but that's not going to happen. Respect for victims of this heinous crime. But hey, Biden is coming to town, so it's not all bad. / s /.

Read a little history. The outcome is not just what's important. It's the process that gets there. Some white women lied about a black boy whistling and sub-human pigs come and do their thing. At this point, what difference does it make? While I think he should be executed, he will plead guilty to avoid the death penalty. The one thing we do know is that this guy is not 100% all there. No normal human does this. Period.

Maybe he's a sex addict like he says, and maybe not. Most stories I hear is that young guys can't get into the spas. I'd be more inclined to believe that because he's young, he got rebuffed by the spas, and he went off.

The reality is we'll probably never know for sure.

Do you want this to set a precedent that every time a crime happens and the people are not of the same race then we'll just "tack on a hate crime"? That is exactly what will happen, two guys will get drunk in a bar, get into a fight, and one will be charged with assault, and oh yeah a hate crime because they weren't the same race. The guy went to AMPs because they are probably the easiest most convenient (and possibly cheapest) way to get sexual gratification. Where else can a loner get a release for $100 or less? True that it's probably not right to dismiss the kid as just crazy. He was certainly driven to guilt by our puritanical society and his Baptist upbringing. I don't want to knock the Church because it serves a purpose but the reality is that the US has stigmatized sex workers for centuries and that certainly added to this guys guilt. The real hate crime was against sex workers in my opinion. That message doesn't serve left wing (or even right wing) America, but that's the truth. He killed these women because he went to these spas and couldn't control himself or his guilt. He felt guilty b / c our society says he is supposed to feel guilty. Same reason he was going to Florida to shoot up the porn industry. If he had more money and was seeing white Atlanta dominatrixes (who are $350/ hr and thus not as convenient to this guy) he would have shot them instead. Again, his hatred was 100% for sex workers, AND NOT Asians. If we want to say it was a hate crime, let's get the hate right and point the finger at a country that has stigmatized sex workers. That will never happen though. Instead, the liberal media has another great sound byte to spread the continual fertilizing of its self serving fallacy that we all hate each other in America.

As crazy as it sounds, I think we can take the shooter at his word that it was a sexually motivated shooting and not a racially charged one. Guys that commit racial crimes are proud of their motives and usually don't hesitate to divulge them when asked. It motivates their "cause". Plus he did shoot a white couple. That may not be saying much considering bullets can find any target in the heat of the moment but he certainly wouldn't garner any notoriety with his counterparts by shooting his own people.
