In this article it mentions several of the suspects are charged with attempting to have sex with a child under the age of 16. I thought in cases of prostitution, the age of majority went up to 18 meaning if you got caught trying to have a session with a 17 year old prostitute, you were charged with attempting to procure a prostitute (misdemeanor) and statutory rape (felony).

The street number for Chuchill [Deleted by Admin]and the owner is somehow related to Ivan. I'd be surprised if Churchill did get raided. They are pretty careful, but maybe one of the girls flipped on him.
