She's nice, the pictures on the website I would say are mostly accurate except for tattoos. She has more than a few tattoos. Pictures don't show that.

I had similar issues with them initially, eventually I got in. Every since then I have never had a problem. There are other opportunities, but if your fixing to get an appointment at 262, keep trying. I've had this problem with other agencies as well, patience and persistence eventually got through. Worst case scenario, you get further delays. Once you get it in, it shouldn't be a problem going forward unless they are very busy. That being said YMMV.
