This guy went to massage parlors, not strip clubs! This has nothing to do with sex, it's A hate crime and he Wants to avoid the Federal mandates of them so is mentioning sex. It is a Hate Crime!

I came similar conclusion re fed charges. But the state charges more than enough. I have also done a lot of reading of various articles. Not sure on the hate crime. Only thing I gathered is he hated going to AMPs as he was probably mogering say too much for his age. If was pure hate crime against Asians not sure why he then shot the couple massage going on. Regardless horrible situation.

I guess we all try to find a reason to explain horrible things like this. Not just Asian hate.
It really upset my Chinese girlfriend / partner. I lived in Chicago 25 years & moved two years ago to San Diego. I've run a massage shop (legit, not happy) with a Chinese woman for five years. We're opening one here (in Temecula, CA) in a month or so. So I have a weird sense of what the woman go through. I know if you are a happy place of a FS place the risk level triples. She's been robbed before, but most of our customers are decent men and women who want a therapeutic massage. And lucky for us the cops watch out to protect the store and our neighbors also look our for each other. I am saying however, that as a worker, you never know what kind of nut job will come into your store. A lot of people cheap out on the cameras, and understaff the stores with the girl often working alone. Pretty scary I think.
