I have to second what FloorHump says. While these are often quite scripted, it is still very much a YMMV. Often, if you are nice, pleasant, enthusiastic, cheerful, and give the impression you are glad to see her, whether you actually are or not, you are more likely to get the best experience that particular provider is going to give. If you do all of these things and the session is still bad, or even just meh, you can always cross her off your list and move on.
