I have to agree with your assessment of the general situation with providers in Wilmington. It seems to be consistent with the local forum posts. After a couple of visits there I am not sure I would encourage anyone to go to Wilmington looking for a good experience and particularly considering what providers there are asking in their posts for an hour of time. It's a little bit much for mediocrity and unnecessary problems. I have not had a personal experience with Mandy other than one very badly failed attempt at setting up a meeting with her. We never met but in the process of trying to a couple of things happened that really shouldn't have. If you search her name in the forum here you will find a pretty wide range of comments about her good to bad. I'm glad your experience was a good one but if you look closely it appears to be hit and miss with her. What I read is definitely not consistent. Visitors from out of town wanting to leverage their time and resources in the best manner may want to take a closer look.
