You will not get any std from a handjob unless she literally has cum from the last guy or herself on her fingers. But the girls at AMPs are generally super ocd about hand sanitization. I do worry about the towels, though.

Drink a lot of water. Take d-mannose with cran-actin and if it still stings in two days, go to the doctor. Most UTIs take care of themselves so long as you drink a lot of water.

I've had a few occurrences of stinging a day or 2 after a HE but think it was the lotion they used. Too much of it getting into the pee hole is not good. If it does not subside in a couple days or you are getting discharge then for sure get tested. Or you can goto local health department and get anonymously tested. Just be careful any follow up results do not get mailed but goto your phone. Made that mistake once of letting test results get mailed to me. Had some explaining to do.
