I totally agree with TGT comments. I would add that the only "reliable" FS provider is at one of the AMP's in Warren. Specifically Tiger. The other one. Sunny is good. There really is no list of reliable providers. I would say 90% of the girls are flakes and the remaining 10% are only less flakey. I would advise you to look at this whole thing like fishing. We can give who worked for us at what time and you could contact them, do all the same things and they just don't bite.
