Many years ago there was an ad in the old Boston Phoenix for a service like this. I never used this service and don't know anyone who did. Basically it was outcall and the lady would come to your home to clean for an hour. If I remember correctly it was topless only while they cleaned your house or apartment. I don't know if any extras were available but I remember reading something somewhere a long time ago that the service was a ruse to get them in your house.
