"He apparently has an issue. What he considers a sex addiction and sees these locations as something that allows him to go to these places and it's a temptation for him that he wanted to eliminate.

Dude was probably a religious nutcase from the looks of this. People are saying this was a racially motivated crime, but nah, just look at the guy's face. He probably fucked or got a handy from nearly every one of those women many times before going nuts. I'd bet you a buffalo nickel that ideas about religious purity drove this guy to "purify" himself of temptation, and the fact that the victims were mostly asian was just happenstance. Damned shame.

At some point, it needs to be tried in a large city like Chi-Town or NYC or LA where progressives can make it a reality and start turning public opinion like it was turned for legalizing pot.

Very few people in non Bible Belt areas would be opposed to it as long as minimum age of both providers and clients is 21 and written consent is obtained and kept on file.
