I read a review on rubmaps about a Cici. Does anyone know if by chance it's the same Cici as a couple years ago? If so I'll be there in a heartbeat.

The odds are pretty low.

For one, rubmaps reviews are often not on the up and up. I've seen names of providers at locations that left years ago. Secondly, Cici, Sasa, Lynda, Mimi, Lisa, Nana are used frequently and interchangeably.

They're following the bikini chain model. Most of the girls are young and hot but they will look you straight in the face after paying for a "sensual" massage and tell you no extras at the end of a session.
