Finally got a chance to meet with this young lady and she did not disappoint.

Soon as I met with her she had a big smile on her face and was very warm and welcoming. Bubbly and friendly personality was refreshing. I'm super selective with who I see to begin with because that's just how I am and the two times I got burned early doing this kinda shaped my views. Better to find one good one and stick to it then sample the field and risk all sorts of BS. I get the sense with Sage that she's more inclined to have regulars and just as selective as I am.

Performance was great and good lord that booty. As with anything else YMMV but we seemed to be pretty synced up throughout the session which makes it better. Didn't hit me with a ton of rules and was very responsive throughout and seemed very much locked into the moment. Attitude and personality didn't change at all during or after the session.

I went to see her right after the "good" TER review. Got to hotel level and there was a guy moving around the hallway. A little too uncomfortable for me but he did not bother me. I got into the room and found her smoking with room full of smoke. I couldn't stay because of that. Plus, she was clearly not the girl in pics. She was nice and friendly and understood that I couldn't stay because of the smoke. Left and passed by the guy. No issues. Just wanted to share my experience.

Could you elaborate on why this site is under federal scrutiny and give us any more information about it and how you know this. I find it troubling that there are now posts with links to sites that have dark backgrounds showing up in the forum.

Prostitution is a state crime, unless you are transporting underage girls across state lines for purposes of prostitution, which violates the Mann Act. (federal law) AMPs do all of the above, and are high priority targets. The offense goes against the business owner, not the customers who may be on the premises if there is a raid. They may question you, but I don't see them going beyond that unless they are real pricks, in which case they will turn you over to the local cops.

There have already been several sites like that one shutdown. It's a place where people post nudes of others based on location. Majority of it is a younger crowd. It's more of a crossover into "civilian" than our world if that makes sense. In regards to the scrutiny question, I would refer to pretty much any "revenge porn" law out there.
