You'll be surprised! It's those idiots who are affecting us by giving those girls ridiculous amounts of money. I'd be willing to bet the incoming offer was coming from her other phone. She texts herself as proof if she needs show it to you. It's just a ruse for you to match or increase your offer. Odds are the next step would have been a deposit required.
