Having an odd amount of free time recently I found myself in NVa and had a visit with KK and a visit a first time visit to Blue Ocean. Doing nearly back to back visits really brought of the differences in the experiences. Enough has been written KK but sufficient to say every muscle group is worked and stretched professionally.
