At best, MT's training consisted of "How to rub a turkey before you roast it" video on YouTube. She clearly wanted to rush to the flip, but I had some legit knots I needed worked out. She literally sighed when I pointed to my shoulders / neck and asked her to work at it a bit. She did. But it was worthless. Also, she kept clearing her throat. Goddamn it was unpleasant.
