I have earned to do this every time in hotel visits even with regulars (FYI, my go to provider have a residence). Does this also apply to private homes?

My advice applied primarily to 1st time visits to questionable providers. So I contacted Jazzy a week ago to set up a meeting. Contacted her 4 hours before the requested time and she said yeah she is and will be available.
