I've used XOC three times. All of them were really good. One of them retired and is still around as crossfit / instagram fitness model. It just sucks that they recently raised their prices. I don't have any experience with CS places, but I am fairly sure that the major Korean Agencies are all legit. It's a fairly well organized national operation (with levels of division to ensure security) that the girls are aware of. The women can get worked hard, but they are very aware of what is going to happen (American Payday trip) and the pay scale seems to be transparent.
