For SDAG, IMHO, the hour or 2 hour is the way to go depending on your situation and if you find someone you really click with and or your stamina / recharge needs. Haha.

Make an HX account and find / meet some newbie friendly providers and get them to rate you afterwards. Then contact SDAG through HX once you have a decent number of ratings (I had 6 before I contacted them) and they will approve you there. That's the easiest way unless you give them personal information.
