Did you know that the same tissue that makes up the end of your lining of the human mouth is also the same tissue that makes up the lining of the vagina tunnel. So theoretically if you were going to catch an STD you would be able to catch it just as easily through the mouth as it through the vagina. I say this being a guy who loves BBFS. You need to educate yourself on your risk for STDs. If you do this education and do some more research you might find out some interesting facts. But I'm not a doctor so I'm not going to tell you here. FYI you might be interested to learn you're not as at risk as you may think.

I can confirm this. I've been seeing rain since 2017 and one time she needed money really bad and texted giving a discounted rate and offering BBFS and Greek if I went to see her which I did but I opted for no Greek.

I have talked to several people that have gone to Columbia, and BBFS is available. However, it may take a lot more research, a few repeat visits to gain the trust of the girl, and MUST be fairly fluent in Spanish. BBFS is really open and available in Germany, but Germany is closed as are all the sex clubs.
