You think all SBs have one set asking price? They'll ask whatever they think they'll get from their prospective johns. If they think they'll get 300 from one dude and 1 K from another, they'll do it in a heartbeat! The majority of SBs don't do this for a living, nor work for an agency, nor think of themselves as hookers (even though they technically are the latter).

As such, you can't really hold it against them. You yourself must determine if the "juice is worth the squeeze. " Make your own personal determination of whether or not a woman's asking price is worth it. If you have doubts about whether you can afford it, or doubt that the woman will deliver as advertised, then you ought to stand your ground. Don't pony up a single cent over what you originally intended to spend. Remember, they're the ones selling a product. So don't give them any more power than they've already got (which in this region is substantial enough, unfortunately).

Can't speak for SA-specific orgies, but there are several legitimate swingers parties hosted regularly at private houses in the DMV / Baltimore that are open to solo men, none of which charge anything close to that. Usually somewhere between 60-100 bucks for entry. It's usually mostly couples with some singles sprinkled in, and since they're real swingers events you have to be on your game and be respectful, but if you do that there are tons of hot women showing up looking play either in three / foursomes or in larger scenes. Not uncommon to have a wife who loves being tended to by multiple men at once while the husband runs interference to make sure nobody gets disrespectful.

Knowing that exists, I'd be extremely wary of any supposed party charging upwards of $500. Sounds like it would just be working girls in attendance at something like that, or possibly something more sinister going on. That said if someone tries it and finds otherwise would love to know. .

I was involved in the scene back in the Doggie days at a couple of locations. Some were clubs with regular weekend hours at a specific location, others were organized meet ups at different houses / apartments. The Farm up in PA was legendary, and had a number of great nights there.
