Place is called Zen Spa in Monroe. As has been stated it is hit or miss as to whom is working. Last time I was there had a lady who was around 30 not ugly and not a beauty princess. She was so concerned the hat may pop off and kept her hand wrapped around JR to hold it on. It was very much a mood killer and felt like she did not want to be there in the first place. Another time I had a lady in her 50's that was really good and got two pops with her.

Sign hasn't changed but the name has.

They seem to rotate pretty regularly. They had an older woman there for a bit that would put on a little lab coat and was a magnificent tease, getting a lot of "Oh, is your hand there?" kind of contact before the flip. But yeah. Totally unknown what you're going to get.

However, the service is pretty consistent at the $200 level.

Sunshine Massage on 3rd has a new name and is called ZZ Massage. It used to be a HJ only place prior to the name change. Not sure if it is just a name change to avoid confusion with Sunshine Spa or has new operators. Sounds like services have dropped.

I heard from a guy on T and A, that "the same evil Triad owns most of those Snohomish County massage places, and that they just rotate the same ladies around. ".

I had the opposite experiences. For Dream of China, about 50% of my visits wound up with nothing else happening, ie, not even a HJ / HE. For Body Craft, when I would visit it, most of the time the women were older and not very good looking (I just left). The few times I did partake, it was nothing special.

There is action there but the women are old nasty. I walked in a few months ago the place smelled like a retirement home, woman must have been near 60, saggy AF. I just turned around and left, the other places in town are pretty much the same. The place near the BBQ joint used to have a cute girl, but she left. I have been to both and got a happy ending at Sunshine on 3rd. That was a few years ago. Before the Covid19 hit I went to Sunshine on State. I only wanted a HE at the time, but it appeared that there was more on the Menu.

And here is a freebie. I recently went to Eastern Wisdom Spa on 94th and State. Masseuse on the chunky side and in her 40's. So so massage, some teasing. On the flip she pulled out her titties, nothing to right home about, and then used her phone to ask for $80 for a HE. Bargained down to 60 and that was too much. Will not repeat.
