The closer you are to Chinatown, the more problematic it might be. If the whole street is mostly asian neighbors, they will get suspicious. Several years back some neighbors reported an aamp to the landlord so they had to move. 31st and 35th is more diverse so it less suspicious.

Perhaps, but I was under the impression that the Chinese tend to keep their mouths shut when it comes to prostitution and gambling. Very few black people live in Bridgeport or Armour Square outside of public housing, so a steady stream of black dudes going into a private apartment is still going to attract some attention.
